About Miss Mendenhall!
Hello! My name is Courtney Mendenhall. I am so excited to be your child’s 3rd grade teacher this year! This is my 18th year teaching. I spent the first 5 years of my teaching career in Charlotte Mecklenburg county teaching 3rd and 4th grade. This will be my second year at Wallburg. I previously taught 3rd grade at Hasty. During my time at Hasty, I was also an Exceptional Children’s teacher. I earned my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Winthrop University. I am a native of Davidson County and graduated from Ledford High School.
