Assistant Principal's Page

My name is Meredith Morales, and I am so excited to be at Wallburg! I am honored to be part of such an amazing school community that inspires students to be the best they can be.  Wallburg Elementary has a great reputation and I can't wait to see the incredible things we will do together.

 

I have been in Davidson County for 6 years, but have been in education for over 25 years.  I've been a classroom teacher in first, second, and third grades, an interventionist in all grades kindergarten through fifth, and a Curriculum Facilitator and Instructional Coach at the elementary level in my career. I received my bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University and will receive my Master's in School Administration in May from Appalachian State University. 

 

I am married to Chris, and our daughter, Maebri, is in fifth grade at Friendship. We love being part of the Davidson County family!
